Guayacan Fund of Funds, L.P. is a Delaware limited partnership created by Grupo Guayacan, Inc. as General Partner with an initial closing of $55.5 million from public pension funds and private institutional investors in Puerto Rico.
This fund has commitments to invest in 15 U.S. based and international venture partnerships and is familiarizing the local pension funds with the private equity asset class without the risks inherent in geographically constrained investments.
