Guayacan Fund of Funds II, L.P. is a Delaware limited partnership created by Grupo Guayacan, Inc. as General Partner with a total closing of $62 million from public pension funds and private institutional investors in Puerto Rico.
The Fund seeks to provide investors with a superior investment return and extensive diversification by investing in 19 Private Equity investment partnerships in the United States and Europe. The Fund also invests a portion of its assets in a Puerto Rico based Private Equity investment entity.
| Abbott Capital Management serves as the Fund's investment adviser and has, except with respect to the Puerto Rico investments, sole investment discretion for the Fund. Grupo Guayacan Inc. serves as the Fund’s investment adviser for the Puerto Rico investments of the Fund. |  |
